www.nevadafirstbaptist.org/userFiles/437/babies_march_2010.docWhere is God on Sunday mornings? We know that God is everywhere, but did you know that God is also back in the church nursery? Mark 9:37 says “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.” Here at First Baptist Church we welcome all children in our nursery. There we will provide a safe, loving environment so that parents can focus on worship rather than their child. We have a wonderful staff of volunteers who are truly blessed by serving in the nursery, because God is there.       -Tracy Ast

 

 

Nursery:

Childcare is available during all Worship times for infants & toddlers.

Preschool thru age 5:

 Age-appropriate lessons for children of all ages during the 8:30 and 11:00 Worship times.  Preschoolers in extended session childcare at 9:45 have storytime during the second hour.

 


 

You were gifted to serve!    We ask that all of our parents who utilize the childcare offered at FBC serve in some way.  We are all gifted in different ways and as a family, those talents and interests fit together perfectly within the church.  Please fill out a volunteer application and specify if you'd like to help weekly or monthly and in what capacity.
